2-3 tablespoon Certified Bragg Organic Vinegar
1/8 teaspoon black pepper (don’t grind)
For the Swordfish

For Basil-Lemon Butter
- 4 tablespoons butter without salt and then soften it
- 1/4 cup basil and chop it
- 1 garlic clove and crush it
- 1/2 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 tablespoon black pepper
For the Grilled Asparagus
Prepare grill by heating to medium to high heat
When grill prepared then you will have to remove the peel from slices.
Combine the peeled asparagus and the saturate in a large zip-top plastic bag; seal and marinate for 20-30 minutes.
Take out asparagus from the plastic bag, and discard marinade.
Place asparagus on a grill frame that is already heated; grill 5 minutes on each side or until asparagus is done.
Use basil-basil butter on top when serving the dish.
For the Swordfish
Charcoal the grill to high heat.
Cut each swordfish slice in half, sprinkle with lemon juice and let remain for 1 minute.
Rub both sides of each slice with olive oil or coconut oil, salt, and pepper and remain aside
Place the butter, lemon juice, garlic, salt, and basil in a small bowl and combine well. Set aside until ready to serve. Oil the grill grates and add the fish.
Grill the swordfish steaks until thick then, 4 to 5 minutes per side. To avoid drying, cover each piece of fish with about 1 tablespoon of the basil-lemon butter just as it comes off the grill. Allow resting for 2 to 3 minutes before serving.
